Same day shipping
or next day shipping for Credit Card or COD orders. For International shipments,
we recommend the U.S. Postal Service. Web orders have Cool Cart Shopping and are
encoded to keep your credit cards secure. Freight fees apply to orders over $10
and international shipments.
Your order
will be packed and shipped to you at the very best rate we can provide to you
via UPS or US mail, by zone and weight of the parcel.
Order Processing When you place your order, we first make
a packing list, pull the order, with total and add on the freight, including
what form of payment was made.
The invoice is included in your shipment and
freight is added itemized on your invoice. C.O.D.orders are $6.00 for the driver
to get a check.. If we cannot process your card we will call you right away. If
you are in California, you must have a resale # to avoid the tax.
New Accounts and Payment Terms We accept all forms of
payment, including wire transfers from your bank. New stores can fill out a
credit application or may have a list of credit references with fax and phone
numbers so we can expedite your credit check. We offer net 30 days and will
consider 2% discount with payment in 10 days.Bounced checks have a $25.00
fee.
Backorders will be
shipped as soon as possible. If a product is discontinued, we will note it on
the invoice. You will only be charged for the products you are shipped. You can
pay your balance by phone with your credit card.
Returns and Credit Memos All sales are considered final.
If there is a discrepancy, please inspect your shipment and call us within 2
days of receipt of shipment, UPS has a return service for errors. All returns
must have authorization by fax or phone. If damage has occurred during the
shipping process, it must be noted within two business days to the freight
company. The freight company will inspect the damaged boxes. All products are
shipped in new condition; if a customer breaks something we are not always able
to give fill credit for that item. Please check the number of your boxes and all
packing material before reporting shortages. Please first remove all price
stickers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
